PURPOSE:To obtain a resin compsn. having excellent thermal stability, jet- blackness and resistance to low-temperature impact and solvents, by blending a polycarbonate resin with a specified acrylate/butadiene graft copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. is obtd. by blending 100pts.wt. polycarbonate resin (A) with 1-80pts.wt. acrylate/butadiene graft copolymer (B) obtd. by polymerizing 20-100pts.wt. at least one vinyl monomer (i) selected from the group consisting of an acrylic ester, a methacrylic ester and an arom. monovinyl compd. and 0-5pts.wt. polyfunctional vinyl monomer (ii) in the presence of 100pts.wt. copolymer (iii) composed of 55-95wt% acrylic ester and 45-5wt% butadiene. A polycarbonate resin having a viscosity-average MW of 10,000-100,000 is preferred from the viewpoints of mechanical strength and moldability.
