PURPOSE:To reduce the number of display elements, by displaying that a state is in a call sound recording state by using a light emitting element, and displaying the reduction of the storage available quantity of a memory circuit by changing a display operation state. CONSTITUTION:In a call sound recording operation state, a light emitting diode 30 is in a state being flashed and driven in the first cycle by a driving circuit 29, however, when a storing operation is performed, and the storage available quantity of the memory circuit is reduced, and the storing operation by, for example, a third memory circuit 20 is started at a prescribed value, a switching signal is impressed on a first switching terminal 31 of the driving circuit 29 by a control circuit 10. As a result, the flashing and driving cycle of the light emitting diode 30 is changed to second cycle faster than a first cycle, thereby, a user can recognize the reduction of the storage available quantity of the memory circuit by the change of the flashing and driving cycle of the light emitting diode 30.
