PURPOSE:To facilitate leading in a steady state by inputting a relative displacement between a mechanical position of an actuator and a control object from an initial value setting circuit and inputting a function relating to the speed to a transmission element. CONSTITUTION:The resonance peak point omegad of a transfer element Gc1 is changed corresponding to a drive frequency by a signal S(omega) obtained by detecting the number of revolutions of an optial disk being one of a rotary recording medium by an FG or the like. Since the transfer element Gc1 having a transfer characteristic (1/S<2>+omega2<2>) in response to a control object value is included in the servo loop in the basic circuit of the servo system, the steady- state deviation is made zero with respect to a deviation fundamental wave component of the rotary recording medium ideally. Even if the rotating recording medium gets a high speed, since the peak point omega of the transfer element Gc1 is changed in following to the object, that is, the deviation fundamental component omegad of the rotary recording medium, the gain and the servo band of a conventional control element G0 are increased and it is not required to always make the response high.
