PURPOSE:To prevent the mis-connection of a time division switching system due to the transmission error of an identifier, by forecasting the arrival time of the identifier representing the boundary with the next channel, detecting the absence of the identifier at a forecasted time, and the presence of the identifier at the time other than the forecasted time, and performing a correction. CONSTITUTION:To a line circuit 3 which accommodates a terminal equipment 1, an identifier position signal B, which divides the boundaries of a data D, and each channel, is transmitted. A forecasting and detecting means 200 and a correction means 300 are added on the line circuit 3. The forecasting and detecting means 200 forecasts the arrival time of the identifier position signal B' which represents the boundary with the next channel CH by calculating the bit length of an available channel CH in a frame, and collating it with the bit length of the available channel CH stored in advance, and detects the dissipation of the identifier position signal B', and the generation of abnormality based on the fact that the identifier position signal B' is not present at the forecasted time, and the identifier position signal B' is present at the time other than the forecasted time. The correction means 300 corrects the dissipation of an identifier B, and the generation of the abnormality detected by the forecasting and detecting means 200. As a result, a normal identifier is transmitted to the line circuit.
