PURPOSE:To store data in a data file in the form of a table with high efficiency by using a means which stores data supplied in response to each item of the screen image displayed at a display part into a data memory in the form of a table. CONSTITUTION:The input of data is carried out at every screen image 31 of a display screen 24 and the input data are stored in the form of a table into a page 9 containing plural rows and columns of a data file 10. Thus the data storing efficiency is improved. In other words, the single page of the file 10 is set to several 10-100 rows, therefore the data on the single sheet of a sales slip can be inputted to a single row although the data on just 5 pieces of articles are supplied with the image 31 of the sales slip. In the same way, a main menu containing each mode of output is displayed also with an output definition table 12 as long as command is inputted from an input part 2 for the production of the table 12. Then the image 31 of a desired output is produced with the selection of the mode of each main menu and can be stored in a data memory 5 in the form of the table 12. |
