PURPOSE:To finish a fine pipe frame body lightly and to measure sound while reducing effect based on the reflection of sound, by mounting a moving shaft parallelly movable on one plane of the frame body, a microphone fixing stand and a balancer part having a wt. almost equal to that of a microphone. CONSTITUTION:The title apparatus has a frame body 24 wherein the sides of a rectangular parallelepiped are constituted of fine pipes, a moving shaft 2 constituted by connecting the upper side slide part 7 and lower side slide part 27 sliding on the upper and lower fine pipes of the frame body by wheels 20 in a horizontal direction by fine pipes and respectively connecting the upper side slide part 7 and the lower side slide part 27 at one points of ring shaped belts A, B provided along the upper and lower fine pipes in the horizontal direction and movable on one plane of the frame body 24 parallelly by the rotation of ring-shaped belts A9, B9', the microphone fixing stand 3 slidable on the moving shaft 2 in the up-and-down direction, a microphone 4 and a balancer part 16 having a wt. almost equal to the wts. of the microphone fixing stand 3 and the microphone 4. Each of the wheels 20 has a recessed groove grasping the one-half or more of the cross-section of each fine pipe 1 and the wheel 20 of the lower side slide part 27 is supported by the leaf spring 19 mounted to the lower end of the moving shaft 2.
