PURPOSE:To improve temperature distribution and also to improve comfortableness by setting and storing vertically and horizontally deflected vane positions so that air flow is directed to a desired direction, and directing the air flow from a downward divided flow blow-off to the stored direction when the blow-off temperature or the room temperature becomes a certain set temperature. CONSTITUTION:When a left-hand switch 29, a vertical switch 50, and a right-hand switch 31 are pushed, and a setting switch 32 is pushed after directing right and left vanes toward a direction in which an air flow is desired to be directed, air flow direction setting is completed. when a blow-off temperature (t) detected by a thermistor is lower than a set temperature t1, a middle motor 3 is rotated to the right, a left motor 9a to the right, and a right motor 9b to the left, and are stopped. Therefore, a vertically deflecting vane 1 is driven to a horizontal position, a left deflection vane 5a to the left, a right deflection vane 5b to the right and the blown-off air assumes a horizontal branch flow. In a case where the temperature (t) is higher than the set temperature t1, if a position set and stored is in the center of the room, for example, the middle motor 3 is fixed, the left motor,a is rotated to the left, the right motor 9b is rotated to the right, and both motors are stopped. That is, blown-off air is concentrated downward.
