PURPOSE:To obtain proper voltages for both an ignition power source and a control circuit power source by obtaining said ignition power source by the normal wave of a generating coil one end of which is grounded and the control circuit power source with a negative wave. CONSTITUTION:Ignition by means of the charging and discharging of a capacitor 4 by the normal wave of a generating coil 1 one end of which is grounded, is carried out equally as in the conventional case. Then, a capacitor 19 is charged by a negative wave via diodes 20, 2 and, when a defined charging voltage is reached, a Zener diode 15 is turned on and a thyrister 14 is also turned on, the charge of the capacitor 19 is discharged charging a capacitor 7, and the power source of an ignition control circuit 12 is obtained by the charging voltage. Further, at the time of the normal wave, discharge is carried out from the capacitor 19 via a resistor 21, a diode 22, a capacitor 7, and a resistor 13 to charge the capacitor 7. Thereby, proper voltages for both power sources can be obtained with a simple structure and, since the charging of the capacitors 19, 7 is restricted, these capacitors can be prevented from being overcharged.
