<p>A fluid powerable servo valve has a fluid valve with a valve actuator, and a fluid powerable servo having one or more integral molded elastomeric diaphragms mounted in between segments which provide a discrete propellant chamber for each diaphragm, the diaphragms each have a central piston with a hammer and an anvil; each hammer can act upon the next anvil and transmit force and motion until a first hammer will effect an output for opening the valve, each diaphragm has a frusto-conical membrane around the piston and a sealing ring around the membrane, the ring is clamped by the chamber segments.</p> |
