PURPOSE:To design a water hole by deciding whether a designated point is situated at an upper part or a lower part, at a left part or a right part or the center among nine areas formed by extending the respective sides of a plate in which the water hole is formed. CONSTITUTION:A processor discriminates which points PU, PB, PL, PR, PC in the area of the nine areas AU, AB, AL, AR, AC... formed by extending the respective sides of the plate PL in which the water hole is formed are designated in order to specify a water hole start position. When the designated point exists in the upper or the lower area AU, or AB, a true water hole start position is defined to be SU or SB and the direction of the water hole is defined to be in parallel to y-axis. When the designated point exists in the left or the right area AL or AR, the true water hole start position is defined to be SL or SR, and the direction of the water hole is defined to be in parallel to x-axis. Further, when the designated point exists in the center area AC, the water hole start position coincides with PC the direction of the water hole is defined to be in parallel to a Z-axis direction.
