PURPOSE:To output the measurement result of wind force as an electric analog value by detecting the rotational position of a wind force plate which rotates according to the wind force electrically by using a photosensor. CONSTITUTION:A wind pressure plate 2 which has proper area is provided at an optional position of an airway by supporting one end of the wind force plate 2, which is rotated almost from a longitudinal state position to a lateral state according to the wind force; and the rotational position of a rotating surface (a) of the wind pressure plate 2 which rotates according to the wind force is detected electrically by the reflection type photosensor which is arranged opposite the rotating surface (a) and has, for example a light emission side and a light reception side, so that the measurement result of the wind force based upon the rotational position is outputted as an analog value.
