PURPOSE:To easily constitute a supervisory device that plural monitor televisions satisfactorily monitor by using a specific adapter for the supervisory device at every monitor television. CONSTITUTION:The 1st connection terminal part 17 to which a video signal is supplied from a video equipment at an anterior stage, the 2nd connection terminal part 19 supplying the video signal to the monitor televisions, and the 3rd connection terminal part 18 supplying the video signal to a video equipment at a posterior stage are provided. When a power source entering signal is supplied to the 1st connection terminal part 17 from the video equipment at the anterior stage, a power source is supplied to the monitor televisions from the 2nd connection terminal part 19, and simultaneously a power source entering signal is supplied to the 3rd connection terminal part 18 from the video equipment at the posterior stage. When the power source entering signal is supplied to the 3rd connection terminal part 18 from the video equipment at the posterior stage, the power source is supplied to the video equipment at the anterior stage from the 2nd connection terminal part 19. An amplifier 16h operating by a power source available in the 3rd connection terminal part 18 amplifies a video signal obtained in the 1st connection terminal part 17, and supplies said signal to the 3rd connection terminal part 18.
