PURPOSE:To make a tag feedable automatically, by installing a stopper device, positioning a binder, and a repeating installation, receiving the tag from a traveling car, in a working device having a device feeding the binder with the tag. CONSTITUTION:A tag 20 having been conveyed by a traveling car 16 from the side of a marking press is dropped down and received by a fixed part 71 and transferred to a movable part 72 existing in a receiving position 73. Next, the tag 20 is situated in a delivery position by movement of the movable part 72, and its top face is attracted to a suction device by operation of a swing arm. Afterward, this swing arm is made little in escape motion and the movable part 72 is moved to the receiving position whereby the swing arm is operated and the tag 20 is opposed to the specified position of a binder, thus the tag 20 is delivered by suction release. At this time, the binder is stopped at the receiving position, and since it is positioned by a stopper device, automatic feed of the tag 20 is accurately performed.
