发明名称 ADJUSTING METHOD FOR CYCLIC DRIVING TYPE RATE GYRO
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily and accurately make an adjustment for canceling a disturbing inertial force most effectively and to obtain high-accuracy characteristics by performing excitation almost at a driving frequency and setting the weighting ratio of an adder so that the current error output is minimum. CONSTITUTION:An exciter 30 gives disturbance acceleration to a mechanism part 10 provided to the exciter 30 so that the sensitivity direction of piezoelec tric elements 1a and 1b coincides with the exciting direction. When a rate gyro is put in operation to apply the disturbing inertial force neighboring the driving frequency, the disturbance acceleration operates on the elements 1a and 1b equally and a component signal corresponding to the acceleration appears and is inputted to preamplifiers 3a and 3b. Signals 3a' and 3b' which are converted into low-impedance voltages by the preamplifiers 3a and 3b are made to cancel each other through an adder 4 and a signal 4' generated on the basis of the degree of incompletion of the cancellation effect is inputted to a signal processing circuit 5, thereby adjusting the weighting ratio of the adder 4 through the synchronous detecting operation of the circuit 5 so that the response of the error in the difference frequency between the driving frequency appearing in the final output and the disturbance frequency is minimum.
