摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the recognizing of incident energy faithfully, by a method wherein the current continuation time of current induced with the movement of electron are measured and the incidence position of photon is detected from the resulting time to correct an output of a charge-voltage conversion circuit according to the position being detected. CONSTITUTION:Incident radiation energy is converted 11 into an electrical signal and is supplied to a charge-voltage conversion circuit 40 to obtain a voltage value as output 16 of the circuit 40. A current continuation time measuring circuit 50 measures the continuation time of induced current generated until electron generated by photon incident into a semiconductor detector 11 reaches an electrode surface. An output of a counter 24 of the circuit 50 provides the current continuation time Trex of the induced current with the movement of electrons and so, the position X of photon is detected using X= Trex.mue.E by forecasting the mobility mue of electron at the detector 11 and the intensity E of an electric field at the detector 11. Thus, a correction item is determined with a correction item computing circuit 33 and then, a computation is performed with a correction computing circuit 34. Thus, such a correction provides a true charge not depending on the position X.
