<p>Novel 5-fluorouridine compounds represented by general formula (I), wherein n represents an integer of 1 to 3, R' represents a straight-chain or branched alkyl group containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a benzyl group, and R represents a residue of an amino acid selected from the group consisting of alanyl, phenylalanyl, valyl, tyrosyl, 3,4-dihydroxyphenylalanyl or lysyl, possess excellent malignant tumor-resisting, antiviral, and immunity-suppressing effects.</p> |
