step 1 for laminating polyurethane linear polymer on a parting sheet having embossed surface and heat-treating it in a dry chamber with 130-150 deg.C for 1-2 min.; step 2 for laminating polyurethane network polymer liquid added with polyisocyanate over the sheet from step 1 to heat-treat at 30-70 deg.C for 30-60 sec. in a dry chamber; step 3 for pressjoining the laminated sheet over a split sheet leather, which is a byproduct after spliting grain leather from raw hide, by a roller press or plate press to cure at 70 deg.C for 30-50 hours and remove the parting sheet.
