SLIDING NOZZLE HAVING GAS BLOWING FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To prevent the local leakage of a gas by providing the gas blowing part of a porous refractory body on the upper part of the inner wall of the lower part of a nozzle aperture which is of a dense refractory body and integrally performing the simultaneous compacting of these porous refractory body and dense refractory body. CONSTITUTION:A sliding nozzle is what the porous refractory body 2 consisting of an inert gas blowing part is subjected to a pressure forming integrally with the dense refractory body consisting of a nozzle main body. No inert gas in jetted thus selectively. Also since the porous refractory body 2 is not joined to the dense refractory body which becomes the preformed nozzle main body the thickness of a flange 3 can freely be selected. Consequently the blowing zone of inert gas can be occupied large enough and the remarkable improvement of a bubbling effect is enabled.
