PURPOSE:To prevent the attraction of attention to an injury and eliminate the possibility of spoiling beautiful appearance by a method wherein emboss ing process is applied on the abutting surface of a supersonic horn on the surface of a molded form and supersonic welding is effected. CONSTITUTION:In case a supersonic horn 2 made of aluminum is abutted against the surface of a molded form 1 made by synthetic resin to bond the molded forms 1, 3 with each other by supersonic welding, embossing process 4 is applied on the abutting surface of the supersonic horn 2 on the surface of the molded form 1 and supersonic welding is effected. According to this method, an injury on the surface of the molded form will never attract attention and the possibility of spoiling the beatiful appearance thereof may be eliminated. |
