PURPOSE:To make disassembling and cleaning performable in an easy manner, by supporting a screw rotor with one side alone, and diving a casing into a pump house case, a bearing case and a pilot gear case, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A threaded portion 4a of a driving rotor 4 and a threaded portion 5a of a driven rotor 5 both are housed in a pump house case 1 in a state of being engaged with each other. And, fulcrum shafts 4b and 5b of both these rotors 4 and 5 are supported by a bearing case 2 free of rotation via bearings 10 and 11 and oil seals 12-15. In addition, pilot gears 6 and 7 are fixed to both these rotor fulcrum shafts 4b and 5b, and the circumference is covered with a bearing case 3. Since these cases 1-3 are assembled by bolts 20-27 so as to cause the pilot gear case 2 to be situated in the center, these cases 1-3 are removed and the pump inside can be easily detected clean.
