PURPOSE:To enable three functions of a dehumidifier, a cooling and heating device and a hot water type floor heating device to be carried out in a space as small as the size of a conventional type of heat pump dehumidifier by a method wherein condensers are arranged in parallel to each other, one of the condensers is stored in a drain tank at a lower part of an evaporator, the other condenser and an air path for sensing air to the evaporator are changed over in series or separately. CONSTITUTION:While in a cooling heating mode, a shutter 20 is closed and a shutter 18 and a shutter 19 are opened. During cooling operation, indoor air passes through an evaporator 3 and outdoor air passes through an air condenser 2. A coolant valve 17 is closed and a coolant valve 25 is opened. While in hot water type floor heating mode, water is filled in a drain tank 5, the water passes through a hot water panel 10 under operation of a pump 11 and then returns to the drain tank 5. The outdoor air passes through the evaporator 3 and its heat is retrieved and the heat may heat water filled in the drain tank 5 and then the heat is used for heating a hot water type floor heating system.
