PURPOSE:To prevent effectively defective printing and troubles due to paper powder by charging with an endless belt and a charging means while making the endless belt slidably contact a paper powder scraping means. CONSTITUTION:When a print button is depressed, a regist roller 15 is rotatably driven by a drive mechanism in synchronization with a photosensitive drum. A copy paper 2 is sandwiched between the regist roller 15 and endless belt 6 while being supplied to the photosensitive drum side. When the copy papers 2 are repetitively supplied, paper powder including dust or the like tends to deposit on the regist roller 15. Since the surface of the endless belt 6 is charged to the positive or negative pole by a charging unit 9, the paper powder is adsorbed to the surface of endless belt 6 by inductive polarization. On the other hand, since a scraping blade 10 slidably contacts the surface of endless belt 6, the paper powder adsorbed to the endless belt 6 is scraped off by the scraping blade to be dropped into a receiving container 13 through a paper powder dropping hole 6b.
