PURPOSE:To satisfy strength, dimensional accuracy, magnetic shield property and the like simultaneously and to enable cost down, by a method wherein magnetic metal fibers are arranged to thermoplastic resin in radial direction to a rotary shaft, and material for front and rear brackets is constituted. CONSTITUTION:A disc-shaped permanent magnet 2 is grasped by a pair of rotor yokes 3, and mounted on a rotary shaft 4 integrally. A stator 7 is fixed and held by front and rear brackets 5, 6. The forward and rearward brackets 5, 6 are formed by filling thermoplastic resin with magnetic metal fibers 11. Each of brackets 5, 6 is molded by injection molding method, and during molding of each of brackets 5, 6, the magnetic metal fibers 11 are directed in a flow direction of the resin.
