PURPOSE:To improve the measuring accuracy and analyzing sensitivity along with quick processing of multiple bodys to be inspected, by irradiating a plurality of measuring cells with a radiation light from a light source with a multiple branch lightguide path to detect transmission lights of the measuring cells through a filter disc. CONSTITUTION:A radiation light from a light source 18 is introduced to a cell section 10 via a condenser lens 20 and a multiple branch lightguide 22. Emission ends of the lightguide are arranged at positions corresponding to a plurality of measuring cells 36 and transmission lights of the cells 36 are introduced to a detector 24 through a plurality of lightguides 30 and a filter disc 34 for analyzing transmission lights into lights with a specified wavelength. In a light receiving section 14, a plurality of detectors 24 are arranged in a circle as shown in Fig.(b). and emission ends of the lightguides 30 are arranged corresponding thereto. The disc 34 has optical filters 32 arranged in a circle. The transmission lights of the measuring cells 36 are introduced to the disc 34 through the lightguides 30 to be analyzed with the optical filters 32 and detection signals from the detectors 24 are undergo an arithmetic processing 16. This enables simultaneous measurement of multiple bodies to be measured with a plurality of optical paths thereby reducing the measuring time significantly. The use of lightguides utilizing an optical fiber achieves a higher measuring accuracy. |
