PURPOSE:To prevent a transient current from flowing in an output circuit when output signal switches by constituting the output circuit of the 1st and 2nd FETs continuously connected and outputting an output signal from a connection point between both FETs. CONSTITUTION:The output circuit 52 is constituted of a pair of continuously connected FET-T17 and FET-T18 at every line Gn, and the lines G1, G2... are connected at the connection point between both FETs. Lines L1-L4 are jointed to each gate of the FET-T17, and lines L1'-L4' to each gate of the FET-T18. Since a decoder 51 simultaneously outputs two signals with normal and reverse phases corresponding to each line, the signals with the normal and its perfectly reverse phases are impressed on the gates of the FET-T17 and the FET-T18. Consequently a current never flows in a steady state, and no switching delay of one EFT occurs. Therefore both FETs are never simultaneously turned on at the time of switching, and no large transient current flows accordingly.
