PURPOSE:To attain the transmission of a transmission data with high priority by adding priority to the transmission data generated in each terminal equipment so as to inhibit the transmission of the data with lower priority. CONSTITUTION:n-Set of processing units CPU1-CPUn are connected to a communication line L via terminal equipments I1-In being interface circuits. The transmission data generated by the equipments I1-In is provided with priority. If data with high priority takes place in the terminal equipment Ik, the sending of the data with lower priority from the other terminal equipments is inhibited. Then the data with high priority is sent and after the transmission/reception of all data packets with high priority is finished, the inhibiting state of the other equipments is released. Thus, only the urgent transmission data with high priority is sent quickly.
