PURPOSE:To improve a product accuracy and production efficiency by dividing a die into the inner side and outer side parts by interposing an insulating material and performing the forming by heating the inner side die part. CONSTITUTION:Punches 12a, 12b, plater pressers 13a, 13b, knockouts 20a, 20b and dies 22a, 22b are respectively formed by dividing the punch 12 constituting a metal die, plate presser 13, knockout 20 and die 22, and an insulating material 29 is respectively arranged on each division boundary part. A heating device 35 is set up to the punch 12a of the inner side abutting to a thin plate stock 27, plate presser 13a knockout 20a and die 22a. The forming is performed by inserting the thin plate stock 27 into the upper and lower dies 31, 32 and descending a manifold 11. The heat loss is reduced due to the heating device 35 being of a heat insulating material 29 and the chamfer of th die member is prevented. A smooth press forming is therefore enabled and the product accuracy and production efficiency are improved.
