PURPOSE:To make a nitrogen gas mixing rate in a principal material immediately before injecting it into a mold constant surely by a method wherein the feedback of the fluctuation of measuring value of the amount of nitrogen gas in the principal material before supplying it into a mixer to a nitrogen gas mixing process is effected to regulate the amount of nitrogen gas in the material supplied to the mixer. CONSTITUTION:A pipeline 17 between a receiving vessel 5 and a supplying pump 3 is branched and a dispensing valve 10 is opened under a condition that the atmosphere opening and closing valve 11 of a dispensing vessel 12, provided in a branched pipe, is opened to dispense a predetermined amount of material into the vessel, thereafter, the dispensing valve 10 and the atmosphere opening and closing valve 11 are closed immediately to leave the material at rest for a given time and the internal pressure of the dispensing vessel 12 is read. The mixing amount of nitrogen gas can be known by the measured value of the internal pressure through a relation between the internal pressure and the mixing amount of the nitrogen gas. The mixing amount of nitrogen gas in the receiving vessel 5 is changed in accordance with the fluctuating rate of the mixing amount of nitrogen gas, which is measured by effecting the dispensing operation intermittently, whereby the mixing rate of the nitrogen gas in principal material may be made constant.
