发明名称 CONTROLLER FOR WELDING ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily control a welding condition and to obtain the weld quality as required by detecting a welding current and the welding voltage while welding and enlarging and displaying these on a CRT display device of a welding robot device. CONSTITUTION:The output welding current of a secondary output cable of a welding machine and the output welding voltage in the secondary output cable are detected by an auxiliary current detector CT 31 and an auxiliary voltage detector PT 32 respectively and these detected values are compared with command analog output outputted from analog amplifiers 15 and 16 by comparison circuits 33 and 34. These deviation signals are converted into digitals by an A/D converter and outputted to an arithmetic output part 12' which controls variation of the quantity of command to command output parts 13, 15 and 14, 16 and controls the display processing of the present welding current and voltage to the CRT display device 10. Then, when a screen to display the CRT display device 10 <the present welding condition> is selected, the present welding current and welding voltage are display to a CRT screen 7 by an enlarged character and the control of the welding condition is facilitated.
