PURPOSE:To eliminate the remaining of material beads between an opening for filling and a mold for molding and permit continuous molding by a method wherein the main body of the titled hopper is provided with the opening for filling the material, which is equipped with a filling shutter, and another opening for blow back at the bottom thereof while a blow back pipe is connected to the opening for blow back. CONSTITUTION:A multitude of openings 3 for filling material is arranged on the bottom of the main body of a hopper and another openings 4 for blow back are arranged so as to be corresponding to the openings 3 while blow back pipes 6 are connected respectively to the openings 4 for blow back. A filling shutter 10 is opened and compressed air is supplied through an air supplying port 22 to fill material beads, stored in the main body 1 of the hopper, into the mold 21 for molding by airstream through the openings 3 for filling the material, then, the openings 3 for filling material are closed simultaneously with the closing of the material supplying port. The supply of the compressed air is continued and the flow of the compressed air is switched into the flow of the same toward the openings 4 for blow back whereby the material beads, remaining between the openings 3 for filling and the material supplying port of the mold 21 for molding, are returned into the main body 1 of the hopper through the blow back pipes 6.
