PURPOSE:To easily obtain a desired logic circuit without limiting the logic specification of LSI by making the content of a register rewritable and using a data stored in a memory so as to rewrite the content of the register. CONSTITUTION:The logic operation equation of an AND array 100 and an OR array 200 depends on the contents of the rewritable registers 10, 40 provided to each array and the data stored in advance in a memory means 70 is written in the registers 10, 40. Further the AND operation means consists of a decision circuit 20 and an AND element 30 and an OR element 50 are formed. A static RAM 70 is connected to the registers 10, 40 via a data transfer means 60, and one of the registers, at least, consists of a flip-flop circuit. Thus, the logic equation formed by one LSI is changed flexibly and the LSI whose logic equation is changed timewise is obtained. |
