PURPOSE:To eliminate troubles of a driving device, such as disconnection of a lead wire, etc., so as to improve the reliability of the device, by connecting the lead wire which connects a coil with a prescribed power source to a fixing body through a spring which rotates together with the coil. CONSTITUTION:When an electric current is made to flow to a coil 2, coil-side end sections of lead wires 9a1 and 9b1 revolve and, since the other end sections of the lead wires 9a1 and 9b1 are respectively fixed to the end section of a lever 6 and one end 12a of a driving spring 12, the lever 6 and driving spring 12 are driven as the coil 2 revolves. Namely, levers 6 and 6 are driven by a shaft 3 in accordance with the coils 2 and 2 and, since the end sections 12a and 12a of driving springs 12 and 12 are stopped by the free end sections of the levers 6 and 6, on the other hand, the springs 12 and 12 are also moved when the coils 2 and 2 are moved. Therefore, no stress is applied to the lead wire connecting sections among the coils 2 and 2, levers 6 and 6, and driving springs 12 and 12 and, also, to the lead wires among lag plates 10 and 10, the springs 12 and 12, and yokes 4 and 4, and thus, troubles, such as disconnection at the connecting sections of the lead wires, etc. can be prevented.
