The ski has a central core (1), made in rigid foam, with support layers (3,4) above and below this. There is a sole (6) under the lower support layer (4) and this has edges (7,8) bordering it with one part (7a,8a) extending above the sole. The lateral faces of the ski, above the edges, are formed by stratified elements (9,10) which have a reinforcing layer, made of aluminium or aluminium alloy, between the outer (13) and inner (14) layers. The upper part of the reinforcing layers reach the upper face of the ski on either side of a decorative layer (15). |
