<p>PURPOSE:To fit only a detection part for moisture, etc., at a production line site and to perform calibration by one-touch operation by correcting the moisture value, etc., of an object of measurement with a standardized constant calculated on the basis of data on a check plate, etc. CONSTITUTION:An optical convergence system 5 converges irregularly reflected light from the object 3 of measurement by a concave mirror 5a and a convex mirror 5b and the outputs of a detecting element 6 and a temperature measuring sensor 7 are inputted to an arithmetic device 2 connected by a cable through a multiplexer 11 and an A/D converting device 12. A constant of temperature correction, on the other hand, is found before measurement by checking the zero-point side and span-point side of the checker plate 1d by a detecting device 1 and varying the temperature, etc., of the detecting device 1. Then when a measurement is taken, the checker plate 1d is checked by the detecting device 1 and data on the moisture value of the object 3 of measurement is corrected with the standardized constant computed on the basis of the data from the checker plate 1d.</p> |
