PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a crack, by forming a picture pattern to the surface of a molded product made of a polystyrene resin by a hot stamping method before applying annealing treatment thereto at specific temp. or more. CONSTITUTION:A picture pattern is transferred to a molded product using a transfer sheet for hot stamping and, thereafter, annealing treatment is applied thereto at 70 deg.C or more. By this method, strain generated by rapid heating and pressurization at the time of transfer and quenching thereafter is eliminated by annealing treatment after transfer and, therefore, even if oils and fats are adhered to the surface of the molded product and penetrated to reach the surface of the molded product, no crack is generated on the surface of the molded product and, therefore, no crack is also generated in the layer of the transferred picture pattern. |
