PURPOSE:To deburr a ring work without entailing any damage to the work body, by installing a rotary cutter and a guide roller in a deburring unit being free of rocking motion. CONSTITUTION:A deburring unit 10 is attached to a mount 1 free of rocking motion by a pair of pins 2, and a lever 30 is moved by a piston rod 32 whereby the unit 10 is rocked in motion. While rotating a work to be deburred on a table in both c.w. and c.c.w. directions, a guide roller 18 is adjusted so as to cause it to come into contact with an outer surface of the work. Under this state, a cutter 24 is rotated, deburring the work. |
