PURPOSE:A styrenic resin composition suitable as cassette cases, etc., having improved releasability and scratch resistance, obtained by blending a styrenic resin with specific amounts of a fatty acid amide having specific number of carbons and/or a fatty alcohol having specific number of carbon atoms and ethylenebisstearylamide. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. styrenic resin (e.g. GP polystyrene, AS resin, etc.) is blended with (A) 0.2-1pt.wt., preferably 0.2-0.5pt.wt. 18-20C fatty acid amide (stearic amide, etc.) and/or 20-24C fatty alcohol (e.g. behenyl alcohol, etc.) and (B) 0.005-0.1pt.wt. ethylenebisstearylamide.
