PURPOSE:To decrease the interference with other code in a sampling circuit by using an amplitude modulation circuit so as to apply amplitude modulation to an inputted signal. CONSTITUTION:A base band signal inputted from an input terminal 11 is amplitude-modulated by an amplitude modulation circuit 15 and sampled by a sampling circuit 13 in the timing controlled by a timing control circuit 14 and the result is outputted from an output terminal 12 as a digital signal, Then the inputted signal is mixed with a cosine wave being the output signal of a phase synchronizing oscillator 17 subjected to phase control by timing information 18 from the timing control circuit 14 at a mixer 16 and the result is outputted through a low pass filter 20 having a pass band characteristic. Thus, the tiewise spread of the waveform is smaller than that of a Nuquist waveform and the interference with other code is less.
