PURPOSE:To save energy by providing a control system for controlling at least other one stage vane opening from an initial stage intake vane control signal including an intake vane opening feedback signal. CONSTITUTION:A capacity control system CC controls the first stage and the second stage vanes V1, V2 for controlling the intake air quantity of a refrigerant. The temp. of a cold water and the current of a compressor motor are inputted into the system to make comparing control of the vane V1, the feedback signal of which becomes the input signal of the vane V2, and the opening of the vane V2 is controlled in accordance with the opening of the vane V1. Thereby, a throttled operation to a low load can be carried out without using a hot gas bypass valve, due to the capacity control system CC, thereby, saving energy.
