PURPOSE:To make the using position of a table adjustable by providing the table body movably up and down and providing a means to lock the vertical movement of the table body by the erection action of the table body. CONSTITUTION:When a table body 1 is in an erected state, a frame 2 is extractable and slidable against a holder 6. If the table body 1 is horizontally prostrated, a pressing body 15 is inserted by pressure into the opening edge 8b of an elastic coupling body 8. Thereby, the elastic coupling body 8 is expanded in the outer diameter and is brought into contact by pressure with the inner periphery of the holder 6, and the frame 2 is unslidably held against the holder 6 due to its friction force. That is, the table body 1 is locked at the position of this height. Accordingly, the using height of the table body 1 can be optionally adjusted.
