PURPOSE:To release a sticking phenomenon by providing a simple control circuit to on-off-control a motor. CONSTITUTION:When a disk 1 is stopped, namely, when a sticking phenomenon occurs, the external motor on signal of a high level is supplied from a host device 18 in a t1, for respective MMV 24 and 25, during t1-t2, and external motor on signal passes through an AND circuit 23, comes to be an internal motor on signal as it is, a motor 2 is on-controlled during the t1-t2 only. By the on control of the motor 2, the torque in the direction to rotate positively the disk 1 is generated, a sticking phenomenon occurs, an on control time is a short time, and therefore, the disk does not start to rotate it normally. When the disk 1 is shifted a little in the direction shown in an arrow 27, gimbal spring sheets 11 and 12 are elastically deformed with pivots 28 and 29 as a supporting point, and the action separating magnetic heads 4 and 5 from the disk 1 is occurred.
