PURPOSE:To obtain the same pressurizing force with small treading force and to decrease fatigue by attaching a foot rest to a pedal base and providing the working point of a foot pedal fixing a wire rope between the force point to act force by treading and the fulcrum of the foot pedal. CONSTITUTION:The working point of a foot pedal 8 for transmitting force from the pedal 8 to a pressurizing part 3 for welding by means of a wire rope 2 is provided between the force point for acting force by treading and the fulcrum of the pedal 8. A foot rest 10 having the height at which the toe of the foot levels at the heel in the stage of pressurizing for welding is provided to a pedal base 9.
