PURPOSE:To efficiently execute document picture processing by inputting a ruled line from and document data from separate external equipments, and composing them and outputting it, and at the same time, making positional correction of the ruled line form easily by an indicating device. CONSTITUTION:The process is started by inputting of a position change process indicating key 70 of an inputting section 10. After an indicating key 72 of X direction is depressed, direction indicating key 74 or 75 is selected. When the key 72 is depressed, an indication to move in the direction reverse to (x) direction is given. On the other hand, when the key 75 is depressed, an indication to move in (x) direction is given. Here, a numerical value inputted by depressing of an input key 77 is taken in, and numerical value inputted according to the direction indication moves picture data in the area 15-2 of a memory 15. When a (y) key 73 is depressed, an a key 74 is depressed successively, an indication to move in the direction reverse to (y) direction is given. When the key 75 is depressed, an indication to move in (y) direction is given. Picture data from a picture inputting device 2 are moved in indicated direction.
