PURPOSE:To increase a load execution speed by transferring a program object from a first in first out (FIFO) temporary storage memory to a main storage when the program object exists. CONSTITUTION:When a program load instruction is applied from an operator through a display device 16 with a keyboard, a CPU 11 reads out a corresponding program object from a floppy disc 15 and supplies it to a control part 13. Then, the control part 13 checks whether a program object identifier and the program object exist in a FIFO temporary storage memory 14 or not, and the program object is loaded to a main storage 12 if they exist there. If they do not exist, the program object from the disc 15 is directly loaded to the main storage 12 through the CPU 11 and is stored in the memory 14. Thus, the loading time of the program object is shortened considerably.
