PURPOSE:To inform of the cleaning condition of a designated subscriber telephone set with the cleaning condition confirming operation of a subscriber by providing a memory to store the cleaning condition corresponding to the subscriber and setting the information of the newest cleaning condition to any memory to change the cleaning condition. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 1 confirms the cleaning condition of a room where the telephone set of a subscriber 2 is provided, first, the subscriber 1 executes the calling and is connected to a transmitting register trunk 4 through a channel switch 3. Next, the transmitting register trunk 4 receives the figure which the subscriber 1 to execute the calling dials, when the receiving is completed, figure analysis is executed by a control processing device 5, when 'cleaning condition confirming number + number of subscriber 2' is judged, by the cleaning condition memory in a memory device 6, the tone classification is extracted in accordance with the cleaning condition of the subscriber 2, and by sending the tone to the subscriber 1, the cleaning condition of the room, in which the telephone set of the subscriber 2 is provided, can be confirmed.
