PURPOSE:To enable the stop position of a wiper blade to be properly changed over by providing a changeover mechanism capable of changing the auto-stop position of the wiper blade to the upper reversal position and the neighborhood of wiper blade and the lower reversal position and the neighborhood. CONSTITUTION:A wiper switch 1 mounted on a steering column shell 2 of automobile is constituted from a wiper speed controller 3, a washer operation controller 4 and an auto-stop position changing mechanism 5. The changing mechanism 5 is provided to change over the connection of a wiper motor 6 and the switch 1 to a switching block S by pivoting roller switch section 5a. And the wiper motor 6 is provided with plates a, b and terminals B1, P1 for automatically stopping the wiper blade at the lower reversal position and the neighborhood of the wiper blade and plates c, d and terminals B2, P2 for automatically stopping the wiper blade at the upper reversal position and the neighborhood of the wiper blade.
