TRANSFORMER, INDUCTOR, AND REACTOR CORE

PURPOSE:To prevent magnetic characteristics from being deteriorated and improve working efficiency, by piling up amorphous thin-plate magnetic materials to form a columnar core and abutting the terminal planes of the core to the other core which is made by piling up amorphous thin-plate magnetic materials. CONSTITUTION:Amorphous thin-plate magnetic materials are piled up to form a columnar core 5. The core 5, around which coils are wound, is inserted into the hollow part of a square ring-shaped core 6 which is formed by piling up amorphous thin-plate magnetic materials. Both terminal planes of the iron core 5 are fixed closely inside the iron core 6. Hence, magnetic characteristics can be prevented from being deteriorated to improve working efficiency.
