PURPOSE:To improve the performance, by opening a plurality of auxiliary discharge ports formed at opening ends of auxiliary discharge passages branched from a discharge passage into a compression chamber defined on the rear side of a high compression chamber in a rotating direction of a rotor along the rotating direction of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of auxiliary discharge passages 37 are branched from a discharge passage 20, and a plurality of auxiliary discharge ports 35 and 36 at opening ends of the auxiliary discharge passages 37 and opened along a rotating direction of a rotor 6 into a compression chamber on the rear side of a high compression chamber in the rotating direction of the rotor 6. With this arrangement, a sufficient discharge open area may be obtained, and a compressed refrigerant gas is not increased in pressure to a value greater than a required value. Accordingly, a stable discharge gas may be obtained to improve the performance of a compressor.
