PURPOSE:To enable the logical operation of a numerical comparison suitable for a comparative judgement performed by a human, even through the use of a computer, by executing a logical operation processing based on a screened logical operation, and an ambiguous value corresponding to the logical operation. CONSTITUTION:A logical operation screening means 5 screens and fetches the logical operation when a computing element 3 executes the logical operation defined by a logical operation defining means 4. The ambiguous value to which a defined logical operation refers, is stored at a logical operation ambiguous value table 6, and a logical arithmetic means 7 executes the logical operation defined based on the logical operation screened by the logical operation screening means 5, and the ambiguous value read from the logical operation ambiguous value table 6, and a logical value conversion means 8 converts the logical value, that is the result of the logical operation executed at the logical arithmetic means 7, so as to be interpreted by the computing element 3.
