PURPOSE:To enable even a document that a user deletes once apparently to be reused again by reading a use control table in a register group and reading documents in deleted states in a video memory. CONSTITUTION:A control part 16 reads out the contents of a register group pointer 8 and then sending out the contents to a data line 17 and a write signal W1 to a disk pointer 6 simultaneously, thereby setting the contents of the register group pointer 8 in the disk pointer 6. Then, the control part 16 sends out a write signal W5 to a disk 1 through an R/W line 18 and then a document in the video memory 2 is written on a track of the disk 1 which has the same No. as the numeral stored in the disk pointer 6. Then, the contents of the area in the register group 7 corresponding to the track where the document is written are changed into a use state through a data line 22 and the contents of the register group 7 are further written on the No.0 track of the disk 1 as a new use control table.
